About Dr. Lee
Dr. Vivian Lee graduated summa cum laude at Harvard University and received her medical degree from Cornell Medical College. She completed her training in adult psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Cornell Payne Whitney Clinic. During her residency training, Dr. Lee also completed the resident psychoanalytic fellowship program at the New York Psychoanalytic Society & Institute. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Lee also has extensive experience in biomedical research and received her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Rockefeller University. Dr. Lee has expertise in both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, and is able to integrate these in individualized treatment for her patients. Dr. Lee has been featured as a Rising Star and Super Doctor in The New York Times Magazine. She currently teaches as a Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry at the Weill Cornell Medical College and the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Psychiatric Association as well as the Women's Mental Health Consortium in New York City. She maintains certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. |
